Gleddoch Centenary 2026

Celebrating 100 Years of Heritage, Hospitality & Highland Views

In 2026, we celebrate 100 years since Gleddoch House was built.

Originally constructed in 1926 for shipping baron Sir James Lithgow, the house has stood proudly above the Clyde for a century, before becoming the hotel you know today in 1974.

This year marks a celebration of our history, our setting, and the experiences that make Gleddoch unique.

Throughout 2026, we’ll be unveiling a series of special centenary moments across the resort — from exclusive prizes to themed events and limited-edition experiences.

Discover what’s happening during our centenary year.
