Our Operating Procedures during the Coronavirus Pandemic
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic, we have had to adapt the way we operate. This is in accordance to official Government guidance in order to protect the health and wellbeing of our guests and our staff.
The use of face masks is mandatory around the hotel, except when sat in the restaurant or bars.
Hand sanitiser is available throughout the building and we strongly encourage guests to regularly use this as well as frequently washing their hands for at least 20 seconds each time.
To ensure the safety of all our valued guests and staff, we kindly ask that physical distancing and current government guidelines are adhered to in our public spaces, restaurants and bars at all times.
Food & Beverage
To ensure physical distancing in our restaurants and bars we have limited capacity so booking is essential. To make your reservation please click here
The service in our bars and restaurants is restricted to hotel residents only.
Alcohol will not be available in the bars or restaurants (however they can be delivered to your bedroom as room service).
Our entire range of beverages is available as room service, 24 hours a day, with no tray charge, service charge or price mark up.
The Nineteenth, DRAM bar and Vista Restaurant will take final orders at 9.30pm and will be closed by 10.00pm.
Bookings are limited to a maximum of 6 people (not including children under 12) from no more than two households.
All tables will be distanced for the wellbeing of all guests and to meet social distance regulations.
Breakfast will be served to order (cooked and continental options available) as there will be no buffet available. To ensure guests are no queuing on arrival for breakfast, please make a table reservation. To make your breakfast reservation please click here .
Spa & Leisure
All our facilities, with the exception of the Experience Shower, Sauna and Steam Room, are open.
To allow for social distancing, we have reduced our capacity in the pool area. Therefore, all guests are advised to pre-book their session for the spa and leisure facilities prior to arrival. These are one hour sessions and include access to the outdoor spa pool, heated loungers and indoor swimming pool.
We ask that guests of the hotel come dressed in their swimwear and change afterwards back in their bedrooms. Bathrobes and slippers are provided in all bedrooms.
We advise no more than 6 guests from two households to use the outdoor spa pool at any one time.
Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by an adult at all times and children under 12 years are not permitted to use the outdoor spa pool.

Our gym is open and and we advise guests to wipe down their equipment with the sanitiser and wipes provided after each use.

Prior to arrival at the hotel, all guests will be contacted by email asking them to facilitate a “contactless check in” by completing the registration information which will be sent through to all guests in advance of their stay.
If guests have not completed the pre-arrival check-in form, they have the option to scan a QR code in the lobby and do so from their mobile phone (should they wish to reduce spending time at the reception on arrival)
Once guests have checked in, they will automatically be emailed a link to allow them to access our hotel guest directory. This can also be accessed via a QR code in the bedrooms.
The golf course, pro shop and driving range is fully open to members and visitors.
Tee times must be booked in advance and are available to book from 8am – 8pm on weekdays and 8am – 6pm on weekends.
The golf changing rooms are currently closed.
